Great customer service over the phone and Mason(my technician) was absolutely amazing. I was on a time crunch to get my furnace fixed. They were able to get someone to me that same day. I will definitely be utilizing their services in the future.

We've lived here since 05'. The first HVAC service we had someone recommended was not so good. The cooling freezing coming in doors to the system. Apart to fix this the owner/repairman said he couldn't find. Then tried to sell us a HVAC system that twice the price that my mother-in-law paid for in "California" with a house twice our size. Terry's would recharge my system with the older freon coolant and keep nursing it along. If I requested it. Mr. Tibbetts those are very knowledgeable salesman, and we bought a top of the line Carrier I don't really good price. (He doesn't have to express that he doesn't want to come off as a used car salesman) He was here Wednesday and we're going to receive our system installed on Tuesday. I am doing some remodeling at my house and needed to tap into an existing line. After some discussion with Jay, I decided to install a line myself and it went fantastically. I ended up going there 3 times that day, and every time they were patient with my unfamiliarity of the HVAC system. I know they usually do the installing, but for a small project, this was the best. I had been to 3 other stores previous to stopping here, and wish I would have started here. Will recommend to everyone!

They called right away to make an appt. They were fast friendly professional and didn’t screw ya. Sorry. It just seems usual now days. They didn’t try to sell me something not needed and replaced the part right there. They had the part with them very impressive. Didn’t get charged a weekend fee for a Friday. Got everything accomplished 20 min tops. I’ll be telling everyone I know this is who to use.

Trevon came right in and started working which I appreciated. He wasn’t very communicative once he got started, but he did a great job. It would have been nice to know the price before he got started working, but thankfully it wasn’t a “break the bank” fix.
