We recently had Terry’s inspect our air conditioning unit, and the experience was great. The technician arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and took time to walk me through the system. The inspection was thorough, and we will have them complete an inspection on our furnace in the fall.

From estimating the cost to finishing the project, everything was done with care, knowledge and professionalism. It's not a small job, and it was hot out, but they kept at it until it was finished. Work was done in a clean and orderly manner. The crew was pleasant and diligent including the electricians. One hundred percent recommend Terry's Heating & Air Conditioning.

Everything‘s been great for over a decade with our existing HVAC system; and then go figure during our heat wave, here in Southern Idaho. My AC goes completely out.Mid. July 2027!! This wacky season turned hot quick and gonna stretch out It looks like.Almost same identical story when it came to the furnace 3-4 winters ago now.Thank goodness for Terry and his crew then, as well.After 10 days of messing around, with other committed options, it’s nice to know after one phone call Monday. I now have a completely rebuild AC system, inside and outside.All updated as of Wednesday lunchtime, ready and awaiting our next triple digit series. ☀️Thanks again Terry and crew, you guys were exceptional from start to finish…Plenty of options.Job completed immediately..Can’t beat it…You kept us from turning too🥶ice four years ago and kept us from melting into🥵goo this last week.Thanks again Terrys…😁

Great service as always. Called them on a Friday (after hours) on the first 100° day of the year because my AC outside stopped.... just stopped. The third party service they use for their after hours phone calls was pleasant to talk to.Jacob, their tech, call me about 30 min later and said he would be over shortly. I had just finished replacing the capacitor myself but the fan wouldn't spin. Jacob showed up, had a replacement fan on the truck, an hour late everything was working properly. He even checked incoming air temp and the temp at the floor vent to make sure the system was functioning correctly.The best part.... because I have Terry's as my service provider twice a year to do tune-ups, I didn't have to pay the night and weekend rates!Jacob did a great job and was very friendly, especially for a Friday at 7pm in 100° weather.

There were some difficulties in getting the units needed for the replacement system. We received calls keeping us apprised of the progress and when the unit was received. The install team arrived on time and completed the install. They took time to answer questions and explain the way the system worked. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Bought a new heat pump. Had issues with it two month later was low on coolant. Ended up calling on weekend promised fixed ASAP following monday. After 4 pm they finally got back to me. They fixed irritated on the time it took.
