They called right away to make an appt. They were fast friendly professional and didn’t screw ya. Sorry. It just seems usual now days. They didn’t try to sell me something not needed and replaced the part right there. They had the part with them very impressive. Didn’t get charged a weekend fee for a Friday. Got everything accomplished 20 min tops. I’ll be telling everyone I know this is who to use.

The tech came out and had to bleed our oil line because we have an old Armstrong oil furnace 1950 I believe but he took his time and listen to my concerns and bam he got it up and going and did not say or even hint that we need an updated first no pressure no hype the crew at Terry's Heating & Air conditioning is amazing attached is a photo of her old dinosaur furnaceThank you.

Joe, was professional and courteous. He cleaned our insert fire place like a white tornado...it looks beautiful and is so quiet. Heating and air-conditioning was cleaned and all systems checked. Our furnace stopped working in the middle of the night. Called Terry's first thing in the morning and they got us on the schedule for the same day. Technician found the problem and fixed it right away. Thank you John at Terry's. John came to inspect the furnace. He checked everything out and changed the filter (we had one on hand). Fast and friendly would definitely recommend!

This Fall I had to wait until late afternoon for the Technician to show up when it was scheduled for the morning. But as usual he was very courteous and helpful. He, at my request checked, and cleaned our Gas Fireplace and we were pleased with the results. He made a recommendation to install a "water alarm" on our furnace, which we most likely will install in spring 2026.

Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous.I don’t know when I wrote the above but Terrys have never let us down. I was always kept updated on when my technician could be expected. When we were younger we did our own maintenance if we could but age snuck up on us. We are letting others help since we have lived here almost 35 years, Terrys have installed 2 furnaces, the first one they redesigned our ductwork. Awesome. Installed our heat pump, never had a problem. Our maintenance program is awesome! I don’t have to try to remember when it needs done, the ladies in the office are so pleasant getting us set up, makes sure he brings a filter and no surprises when our technician is here to work. Our furnace is in a very small cramped space down in our crawl space. They have NEVER complained, always being so pleasant. I only gave this business 5 stars because 10 wasn’t an option.

Although we had scheduled a fall maintenance service on our furnace and fireplace, our furnace unexpectedly stopped working one morning. Working with their scheduling representative, we were fortunate to be able to have a service technician arrive in the afternoon. Jose, the HVAC expert, got our furnace up and running and did a maintenance service on our fireplace as well. We are grateful for the service we received from everyone we worked with. Within a day after Jose completed servicing our furnace and fireplace we received a copy of the invoice which included his explanation of the work he did along with some photos of the furnace and fireplace. We appreciate Terry's providing this information to us. It really helped show the work Jose did and the quality of service he provided.

They came when I needed help. My furnace wasn't working and it was cold outside. He was knowledgeable and had it repaired fairly soon.I had to pay overtime fees because it was after regular hours. That was expected.

I feel as though I've been taken advantage, with the price that I was charged. Just for an igniter replacement that was done in less than 15 minutes ago, I was charged $630. I wasn't told previously of the cost, but only the show up fee. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed at Terry's Heating & Air Conditioning.

Was very disappointed with the girl fielding service calls! Told her 3 times not to let tech forget fire place. Asked for a total on 1//7/26 $1,592.00 tech called to let me know he was done and I asked him about fire place and he said she told him that was not included after I told her 3 times and then got the total. Terry's has always service my fireplace when doing the system. Maybe time for a Lenox system and use my local Buhl service center!
