Terry’s was great! They followed up with my online request. They were able to schedule a technician within 24hrs after the call from my online request. Technician arrived earlier than expected and the service team gave me heads up. Technician was very knowledgeable and thorough throughout the inspection and cleaning process of my gas fireplace. Cleaned and got my gas fireplace working again. Explained everything as well as a few things to lookout for in the future. I would highly recommend Terry’s

Although we had scheduled a fall maintenance service on our furnace and fireplace, our furnace unexpectedly stopped working one morning. Working with their scheduling representative, we were fortunate to be able to have a service technician arrive in the afternoon. Jose, the HVAC expert, got our furnace up and running and did a maintenance service on our fireplace as well. We are grateful for the service we received from everyone we worked with. Within a day after Jose completed servicing our furnace and fireplace we received a copy of the invoice which included his explanation of the work he did along with some photos of the furnace and fireplace. We appreciate Terry's providing this information to us. It really helped show the work Jose did and the quality of service he provided.
