“I am a former employee. Unfortunately I now live out of state so I am not able to look at my sister's a/c system for her. She called a company to look at her system. I told her before to go to Terry's. The other company was only interested in selling her a new indoor unit at $6000. She did finally call Terry's and a tech named Ricky came out. $600 and a new fan, she is back up and running. My sister is elderly. A big thank you to Ricky for being honest and providing the service that I know they did during my time at the company and today as they have kept the standard that Terry always expected those guys to perform.
