I don't typically leave Google Reviews, but after going several years with our central AC not working as well at our house, and struggling to keep our house cool on really hot days, I scheduled Terry's to come do a tune-up on it. I am amazed at the difference! The tech cleaned the outside unit, replaced a part that was wearing out, and made sure it was charged to the correct pressure (he said it was overcharged just a bit). He also did a quick filter change inside. After that, the AC is working like new! Even on the really hot days, our house is staying nice and cool now.

We are very happy with the service we receive from Terry's. I always ask for a call from the technician once service is completed, rarely do I get that call. Today, Jose called me once service was complete. He went through the list of everything serviced and what he found. His call and thorough review were a breath of fresh air. I called Terrys to come and look at our AC when it stopped working. (They had previously sold us a fireplace and repaired another fireplace that we had and I had been very impressed with their pricing and service). The tech came out and quickly determined the problem and had it fixed in no time. Didn’t try to tell me I had stuff that was going to go bad soon and try to have me pay for repairs not needed. I will always choose Terry’s when it comes to AC and heating issues.

John the tech. Was super awesome. Very knowledge and really went the extra mile to make sure our furnace and air conditioning were in top shape. Cleaned it all away better then I've ever seen before. Trevon with Terry's Heating & Air is an absolute Rockstar!!!! He was very fast and professional! I've had my system looked at by two other companies and was told by both that I needed a laundry list of parts to get my heater and AC working again. Was even told that I might as well just replace both my AC unit and my furnace. Trevon came out and took his time to diagnose my issues and pin pointed the issue to be with the motherboard. Got is replaced in a timely manner and got both my AC and my furnace working again!!!!! Thank you Trevon, you've definitely earned a customer for future heating and ac issues. Maybe one of these days I can get that upgraded system!

The ladies were very nice but couldn’t decide on the size of filter I needed. Got 1 size but it was wrong so I had to make another trip back to your shop to exchange. They even called the service man that had been out that morning for confirmation on the correct size.

Ad said second filter is one half off but 1 1/2 + 1 1/2 doesn't= 3. You have to pay full price for 3 to get a free one. That is 1/3 off.
